What’s New:

Canny Features (You Asked, We Delivered!)

• Admins can now set up a BI Tool Integration with Tableau, Domo, Microsoft Power BI, and other leading Business Integration (BI) Tools (See Canny Request) and (See BI Integrations)
• Users can now filter by Inventory Stock’s “Date Received” field on the Inventory Item list page (See Canny Request)
• Admins can now view and restore deleted users (See Canny Request)
• Available Equipment within the Reservation Calendar now only displays Equipment within the “IN SERVICE” status (See Canny Request)
• Users can now configure a column for “Order Status” on the Samples List Page (See Canny Request)

QMS Documents

• Admins can now configure a User Role that can only view the latest Document Version

Field and Data Type

• Admins can now require a reason when modifying Sources

Bug Fixes / QoL

• “Auto Refresh” option is now remembered the next time you reload an Internal Report page
• Worksheet VLOOKUP Automation has been optimized for quicker load times
• Optimized Batch List Page so that Test/Sample columns will load efficiently
• Order Details that were appearing in the Billing’s tab have been fixed
• Hyperlink in Preference Settings for the Test List Page has been modified to Sort by Ascending Order
• Samples Received Automation has been fixed to trigger when Orders are received
• “Source” in the Customer Portal has been fixed to match with its field config setting
• Customer “Export All” when filtering by tag has been fixed
• Duplicated dropdown tags for Equipment has been fixed
• UI has been enhanced to load more than 20 control data fields on the control detail page
