QBench Mid-December Release Notes

What’s New:

Customer Portal:

  • Customer Portal users are now able to specify whether or not they want to receive emails
  • Customer Portal users are now able to export Worksheet data from the Sample List page

Reports:

  • Admins are now able to password protect a generated report
  • The PDF will only require the password upon emailing or public link access
  • Developers are now able to upload a PDF as a report via API

Equipment:

  • Users are now able to schedule and reserve Equipment
  • Users can view a preview of this reservation calendar on the Dashboard
  • Users are now able to see the top 3 fields of an Equipment when searching from a dropdown

Invoice:

  • Admins are now able to configure additional fields for Invoices
  • Admins can now create Custom Statuses for Invoices

Order Logging:

  • Users are now able to assign multiple Tests with specific Estimated Complete Dates to be used in Stability Testing
  • Users are now able to import Orders via Excel sheet

Turnaround:

  • Users are now able to specify a Turnaround at the Order level. This will auto-populate the Order’s Due Date based off of the Turnaround duration
  • Admins are now able to configure Test Turnarounds to automatically be set to its Order’s Turnaround Time upon creation
  • Developers are now able to consume Turnaround endpoints via API

Plate Map:

  • Users can now select multiple cells when adding a Sample or Inventory to a Plate Map

Analytics:

  • Users are now able to filter Analytics by Additional User Object fields

QoL / Bug Fixes

  • The “New Comment” reply-to email is now properly in sync with the Customer Portal configuration
  • Order general keyword search now matches the top 3 fields in the Order’s field configuration
  • Project ID is now displayed on the Project list page
  • Order ID is now displayed on the Sample list page
  • Fix checkboxes in the Customer Portal not persisting
  • Various UI/UX improvements and fixes
